We’re looking for a Sales Lead who is reliable, motivated, and brings a positive, upbeat energy to the team. This is a great opportunity for college students looking to gain real-world experience in sales, customer service, and wellness—all in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll build valuable skills that translate beyond the job, including communication, sales, and time management. Your day-to-day will include providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming studio, preparing and folding towels, making calls, and conducting studio tours.
You’ll also have the chance to grow your confidence, learn how to connect with clients, and contribute to a team that values reliability, strong work ethic, and positive energy. It’s a great fit for someone looking to gain experience, earn income, and grow professionally while in school.
You’ll also assist with training and developing team members and act as the liaison when no Manager is on duty, ensuring the studio runs smoothly and guests have an exceptional experience.
You’ll be a key player in helping the studio reach its goals while supporting your team with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a coachable mindset.

Studio Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7am – 8pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 8am – 6pm
Preferred Experience
- Sales: 2+ years (commission or goal-based preferred)
- Customer Service: 2+ years
- Spa, fitness, or wellness experience a plus — we’re happy to train the right person!
- Must be coachable and willing to grow in leadership and sales

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, positivity, and excellent guest service
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and valued
- Promote the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and clearly communicate the value of a Perspire membership
- Drive membership sales and consistently achieve individual and studio sales goals
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing guests to schedule tours, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into memberships
- Conduct engaging studio tours and personalized wellness consultations for new guests
- Serve as a top lead generator, actively driving and following up on community outreach leads
- Confidently speak about the science and benefits of infrared sauna, chromotherapy, and red-light therapy
- Manage appointments, sales, and member accounts through our software (MindBody experience a plus!)
- Assist with training and developing team members, supporting their growth in sales, customer service, and studio operations
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Maintain studio cleanliness: clean and reset individual infrared sauna rooms, fold and organize towels, and assist with overall studio upkeep
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive, uplifting studio culture
- Handle administrative tasks such as database entry, membership updates, and guest follow-up communication
- Communicate knowledgeably and enthusiastically about the benefits of Perspire and its wellness offerings
